Materials were chosen for their longevity, adaptability, and ability to be repurposed. The lamp features a steam-bent ash frame shaped into a V, inspired by the structure of a spider plant. This design enhances strength while creating a channel that secures the wire in place. The shade is made of felt, also shaped through steaming, and the base is granite—though its final material may be subject to change.
